Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal is to make your experience as enjoyable and convenient as possible so please, by keeping that in mind, be considerate of those handling and fulfilling your orders. Our return and exchange policy go as follow. Returns will only be allowed with the original packaging and receipt except for perishables items such as meat or produce. For safety reasons, any perishables brought back to our stores will be thrown away.

In any case, we will offer either a refund, exchange, adjustment or a store gift card.

Total refunds will be on a case by case basis. For a total refund please send an email to the customer service email address for consideration. In case of total refunds, the amount spent will be credited back to the account in 3-5 business days.

Prices online will not always match the prices in stores because of the inflation of money in the country.

All electronics must be tested at pick up as all electronics sales are final. We appreciate your business and your understanding of our policies.
