Ordering & Pick Up Process

Our goal is to make the process from start to finish as pleasantly as possible yet effective for all parties involved. Whether you are buying for yourself or family members in Haiti, the pick up steps remain the exact same unless discussed otherwise with management. While this will always be true, the pick up locations are four in total.

First you go online, browse on our site to place your order. Once your order is paid for, you should receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been confirmed. Customers will be contacted with the estimated time interval for their order pickup. We strive for orders to be ready in under 48 hours. We are eliminating the third party because we do have four grocery stores with a variety of products on the ground.

On the website, users should be prompt to choose one of the four locations to pick up. Once the location is chosen, customer will report to specified location, find the area designated for online pick up with confirmation mail and any type of photo identification to pick up. In any case, customer can inquire at the customer service desk and a representative will be more than happy to help.
